📌 Digital Products Policy
All products sold on our website are digital PDF study notes and are delivered instantly after successful payment. Since these are intangible digital goods, special conditions apply to cancellations and refunds.
❌ Cancellations
Once an order is placed and the PDF file is made available for download, cancellation of the order is not possible.
This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed.
🔄 Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances for digital products. However, we may consider a refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- The PDF file is technically corrupted or not accessible, and the issue cannot be resolved
- You received the wrong product that does not match the description
In such cases, our support team will review the request before taking a final decision.
