What is Switching Circuit in Electronics?
A switching circuit is one that can turn current on and off in an electrical circuit.
A switching circuit consists of two parts: a switch and related electronics. The switch is the most critical component in the switching circuit. It really creates or breaks the electrical circuit. The accompanying circuitry helps the switch turn on or off current in the circuit. It may be worth noting here that linked circuitry is particularly useful with electronic switches.
What is Switch?
A switch is a device that allows you to turn on or off current in an electrical circuit. It is the most essential component in a switching circuit.
Switching can be generally categorized into three types –
- Mechanical Switch
- Electro-mechanical switch or Relay
- Electronic switch
