What is Management of Science?

Management of Science, particularly in the context of industrial management, refers to the use of scientific methods and concepts to solve management challenges and enhance decision-making processes in industrial environments. This interdisciplinary field combines features of operations research, systems analysis, and quantitative methodologies to optimize processes, increase production, and improve efficiency in industrial operations.

The basic characteristics of Management are –

2. The principles of management have been universal applications in respect of all branches of human activity of a non-profit making as well as profit making business unit.
3. The principles of management have been developed over the years through continuous observations and experimentation.
