What is Super Critical Boiler?

A supercritical boiler is a type of high-efficiency steam boiler used in power plants to produce energy. The word “supercritical” refers to the state of water when heated over its critical temperature (374°C or 705°F) and pressure (22.1 MPa or 3200 psi), at which point it no longer acts as a distinct liquid or gas but rather as a fluid with qualities of both.
